Was this the worst experience I had with a fulfillment company? No, but the second worst. Most of the 5 star reviews are beginners that seem to have low volume and are looking for an alternative to AliExpress. Compared to AliExpress, yes it is better I guess. But I don't think thats the standard to compare it based on. Literally everything takes forever. - It took them 5 days to book in payments I made to the wallet. All payments were sent from an EU Euro account to an EU Euro account via instant transfer which means the money is in their account within SECONDS. it took them days each time. This lead to weeks and weeks to get inventory in because the following steps took just as long. - Placing single orders always takes longer, because supliers order single products from the manufacturer and have to ship them. After almost 10 years in ecommerce I know that this takes on average 2 days within china. With them it takes 5 days on average JUST to have the product in their ware house. Then another 1-3 days to actually ship the product. So processing takes 1 week on average - ridicoulous. - They quoted me stock orders that would take multiple weeks to be shelfed. Upon asking why it take so long they said the manufacturer has to produce them first. So I told them to look for another manufacturer as there is TONS of manufactureres producing them and having them on stock. Just the fact that I have to tell them to do this is embarrassing. My new supplier has inventory on the shelf within 2 days proofing my point that there are tons of quality manufacturers that have the product. - Their dashboard is super laggy. Bugs everywhere. Search functions do not work which makes it horrible to look for orders. - Their chat NEVER WORKS. half the time I click on it and it just does not open. Funny thing is the whole communication with them is through that chat. - The customer support is just bullshitting you with corporate like replies, which already triggers me. They are always explaining in a lengthy way how innocent they are. Most of the time they just explain how bad their processes are. I am so glad that I did not go through the rest of Q4 with them. We just processed a couple hundred orders with the new supplier which works LIKE A BREEZE plus delivery time is 30% faster. Never ever again. I even have my new supplier reship orders that caused problems witht them because I don't want to be bothered talking to them.
