Spoke to Alex today and was extremely prompt to reply. I have started my free plan with 200 free test labels. Alex provided those for me straight away. Excited to test out this app. Thank you.

Creating a custom label template and getting it to work with the printer we already have was suprisingly easy. Liam was incredibly helpful in getting us set up for no charge. So far, so good!

So far all have been amazing and patient with me as I migrate old system into Shopify POS. Liam and Tracy especially. Although I have only been using a short time, I do recommend!

Was pretty blown away by the level of service as well as the ease of use of this plugin. This was my first time creating barcodes, and a representative walked me through it seamlessly. Would highly recommend! And shoutout to Anita especially. She was amazing.

Excellent support and great customization We are using Yanet for barcode label printing on Shopify, and the experience has been very smooth. The app works well and is easy to use, especially for customizing label templates. Special thanks to Alex for the excellent support. He was very responsive, patient, and helped us customize the label template exactly according to our requirements. The assistance was clear and efficient, which made the setup process much easier for us. Highly recommended for merchants who need flexible barcode label printing with great customer support.

I am not technically savvy and despite my cryptic questions because I wasn't sure what I was doing when I decided to change the settings I normally use, Liam was patient and continued to try to understand my problem. All worked out in the end and I managed to figure things out. It's nice to know if you have a problem, there is immediate help with this app.

I worked with Liam first (briefly) and then Anita! Anita was amazing in helping me setup my labels and answering all of my questions! I would absolutely use Yanet and will continue using them as well!
