Great app for printing barcodes, but I accidentally lost my label due to a startup error and ended up with a lot of free labels to print. Awesome app to use to print barcode. Thanks Alex for helping with this

The chat support is great. Anita sent me free labels! (which would be worth paying for). coming from a clover system, this is a bargain. works great.

The app is easy to use and has all of the functionality that my store needs. They also have outstanding customer service. Their support team is easy to reach and very responsive. Any assistance I have needed has been provided quickly. I would like to think Anita and the full Yanet team for my positive experience thus far. I hope to use your app for a long time.

Great APP. I really like the new improvements including the new user permission settings. This works very well with our retail stores. We use to have issues all the time with people changing the settings. Easy to use and highly recommend.

I was searching everywhere for an app that can custom print barcodes on an order by order basis for my products. I was able to do that with Yanet, I had a minor issue and contacted Alex who was able to find a solution and workaround. This saved me heaps of time!

so far so good i have just downloaded the app and it is going well the most amaxing thing is the support. Tracy,Alice and Alex you were all great. I am still in the trial phase so lets see how this goes. A few months in and i am very happy with this product! The Support staff are really fantastic, quick and ready to help!

Love the ability to create my labels. The app works flawlessly. I had a couple of questions using the chat feature, I spoke with Tracy and she was so helpful in answering my questions.

There was an offer for additional free labels - I reached out to support and spoke to Alex. After doing some research I didn't qualify but made an exception in my case and added them to my account within seconds. The whole process took less than a minute. Alex was clear in communication the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure I was given the offer I saw even though I didn't qualify. I wish that ALL support teams were like this - quick and customer focused. This is a new app to me but I won't be testing out any others - they have a customer for life! Thanks Alex!

I've been looking for a barcode app that lets you designate where to start printing on the label sheet. Most do not and print from row 1, column 1 every time. This means you either have to print an entire sheet of labels every time or you end up wasting labels. I love this feature about this app. I can print the amount of labels I need and I don't have to worry about wasting them. It's also easy to use and start printing right away. Also, Anita was very helpful and gave me some extra labels to allow me to practice printing. Great app.
