It looks like the custom solution they built for us is going to be very good. However, it took about two weeks to deliver and communication during that time wasn't great. I requested an update on progress and didn't get a response at one point, and then we weren't alerted when the new feature was live - we had to ask again to be told that it was already deployed. Update: It seems there were some emails from Yanet that we did not receive, and they are looking into the issue.

Excellent service when I found a problem with the Template printing onto two labels 7 rows down. Tracy put the Development team to work and they fixed the problem in under 4 hours which then worked like clockwork. Great backup well worth investing in. Thank you Tracy and your Dev Team

I had an issue with the connection to my printer and wasted a stupid amount of label prints. Alex was able to help me get things situated so that I could get the labels I needed printed. It was a lot easier than I ever expected to get assistance.
