They helped fix a glitch in the system quickly and the labels worked to print from Stocky po's.

Creating a custom label template and getting it to work with the printer we already have was suprisingly easy. Liam was incredibly helpful in getting us set up for no charge. So far, so good!

So far all have been amazing and patient with me as I migrate old system into Shopify POS. Liam and Tracy especially. Although I have only been using a short time, I do recommend!

I was having a lot of printing issues, but the support staff was very helpful in getting the matter resolved. Thanks to Liam, I am now able to print again.

I am not technically savvy and despite my cryptic questions because I wasn't sure what I was doing when I decided to change the settings I normally use, Liam was patient and continued to try to understand my problem. All worked out in the end and I managed to figure things out. It's nice to know if you have a problem, there is immediate help with this app.
