alex was great help

I had an issue with the connection to my printer and wasted a stupid amount of label prints. Alex was able to help me get things situated so that I could get the labels I needed printed. It was a lot easier than I ever expected to get assistance.

Alex is one of the kindest and most dedicated support agents I’ve ever dealt with. He didn’t just fix my issue he stayed, followed up, and genuinely cared about saving my time. Super professional, patient, and human in the best way possible. Thanks a lot, Alex — you made the whole experience feel personal and smooth!
