This tool and the team behind it are awesome. My web team tried a few different year-make-model tools, and no one comes close to the ease of use and level of support as Convermax. Convermax is the most sophisticated YMM search tool available for aftermarket retailers. The year-make-model search is only as good as your store’s fitment data. Nail down your product fitment database and you'll be in awe of how responsive Convermax's tool is. They have a very responsive support team, a great documentation center, and they keep innovating. Convermax is a win.

It is an amazing app. But unfortunately they charge an excessively high setup fee. Considering that the monthly value is already considerable. You should not charge an installation fee. I don't think it's very difficult for you. You could have more clients paying their monthly fee. Not all markets would be able to pay $400 for an installation. There are shopify experts but it is not the same as installing the app developer. I wrote an email to get more information about what the installation cost includes but I didn't get enough response. They told me that they were too busy to attend to my inquiries.

The install fee acts as a throttle control and helps us balance the workload on the support team and onboarding engineers. Lately, we’ve been swamped with onboarding new clients. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to respond to everyone in a timely manner. We understand this is a problem. To address it, we’ve decided to make temporary changes to our pricing structure - we will increase our installation fee to $800 and remove the Stage 0 plan.
