The best part about this app are the capabilities it has and the support team. I was having some trouble getting my announcement bar to show up correctly and Yeps was able to help me resolve my issue within 24 hours. Matty found what the issue was and worked with us to get it fixed. He had our bar up and running very fast and even assisted me in visually matching it to our website. I would highly recommend this app!

Very good app and I like it. It is simple, easy to understand the settings and has enough features. There is friendly chat support and any problems I encountered were dealt with immediately. Friendly chat support is the second most important factor after features when choosing an app. This is a reliable app.

Just switched over to a new theme and I'm glad to report that despite being a customer for about 5 months, customer service is still as prompt and Matty had immediately followed up on my request to reintegrate it properly such that the announcement bar would appear neatly on my site's header! My only gripe would be that the app would be even more perfect if they could introduce more coloured banners and easy customisation for the banners for the various shopping seasons and sales! (:

We added this app to display a Customs tax and duty warning to international customers (and ONLY international customers). It works great, and when we asked about its suitability for displaying GDPR cookie warnings to European customers, Yeps took the initiative and configured a GDPR bar for us! A+ customer service! Our free trial ended today and we signed up for a paid subscription. We recommend it!

After testing the Yeps app in our shops, I can definitely recommend it! The app is easy to use and offers a good variety of options. The support team is super responsive and ready to help with making the banners compatible with your shop if needed and to answer any questions, even with time zone difference.

Worked with Matty. Very helpful and very kind. The matter was settled to my complete satisfaction.I can't say much about the tool yet but it's all easy to understand. The connection to Klaviyo is a bit tricky but with the help of YEPS it is very easy.
