Yew is an app that allows merchants to connect Telegram with customers for seamless communication. Merchants can communicate with customers online without installing additional apps by using the Telegram bot. After following the instructions to create a Telegram group chat, enabling topic functionality, and adding the Telegram bot as a group admin, the bot will create a new topic for each unique visitor who sends a message, allowing merchants to reply directly via Telegram.
