They successfully tackled a very store-specific and complex requirement that I had for their app. Their deep understanding of my needs and their willingness to go the extra mile was evident throughout the entire process. From the moment I reached out to them, their customer service stood out as exceptional. Every inquiry I made was met with prompt and thorough responses, making me feel valued and supported. The team was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through various options and solutions that would best fit my unique situation. However, I do have one suggestion that I believe would enhance the overall user experience even further. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could add a chat box feature within the app. Having a direct line of communication would make it much easier to reach out for quick questions or support without having to navigate through emails. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and product I received. This is the best and most comprehensive cart app I have ever used. It provides a wealth of marketing features and quickly helps me increase my monthly sales. It is really worth the money. The customer service is also great! 100% recommended!!!
