I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team that truly exceeded my expectations. However, I do have one suggestion that I believe would enhance the overall user experience even further. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could add a chat box feature within the app. Having a direct line of communication would make it much easier to reach out for quick questions or support without having to navigate through emails.
