Really bad customer service, don´t respond.
Hi I checked my email records, and the last time you contacted me was on April 24th, and I responded to you on April 24th. Then I didn't receive any response. I checked all the previous email records, and I responded to you within 12 hours. I'm not sure if you received our email. If you didn't, please check your spam folder for our email. Unreliable App – Support Is Nonexistent! We’ve had nothing but problems with this app recently. It’s been over a week, and the issue STILL isn’t fixed. We’ve reached out multiple times, but no response from the YMQ support team, not a single email, nothing! We’re using YMQ on several stores, and it’s broken across all of them. This is not a minor glitch, it’s directly impacting our ability to take orders properly. Customers are getting frustrated, and so are we. We’re losing sales, wasting time, and getting no help whatsoever. Support is supposed to be there when you need it. Sadly, YMQ seems to disappear the moment there’s a real problem. Totally unacceptable for a paid app. Shopify should take notice. Avoid this app if you care about reliability and service.
Hi This is because you installed the vo options app, which caused the problem. We have solved this problem. Once this app is enabled in the theme, regardless of whether the shopping cart has the options they added, they will force the checkout button to be taken over, causing our app to fail to take over, and ultimately leading to this error. The compatibility issues caused by installing other apps are uncontrollable factors, and this problem is beyond our control. So when you encounter a problem, you need to describe the problem in detail to us and send us the product link corresponding to the problem, so that we can quickly solve the problem for you. You can feedback this problem to us, and we will solve it for you in time, instead of leaving a bad review directly. I checked the previous email records, you and us reported other problems, and we solved them one by one for you, but I didn’t see the problem of incorrect price in your feedback in the email records. I replied to every email you sent, and we solved all the problems you raised before. And you also replied to me. Only displays a preview through their own app. Cannot see what it'd look like. Not even in the template editor (where the app doesn't even show up).
Hi The app is a paid version and needs to be subscribed to work in the store. You have not subscribed, so the options you created do not appear in the store. Please rest assured that the app has a 14-day free trial. For example, if you install and subscribe to the app on the 1st, the subscription period will start from the 15th. The 14 days from the 1st to the 14th are free trials. Uninstalling during the trial period will not incur any fees. This is also the logic of most apps for free trials and is the free trial solution provided by Shopify for apps. Best wishes Ymq app
