I am very disappointed with my experience. I installed this app to add product options to my Shopify store. Some of the features I needed were only available on the Advanced Plan, so I accepted the free trial to test them. After spending time setting everything up, I realized the app was not suitable for my store and decided to switch back to the free plan. Unfortunately, there was no clear option to downgrade or cancel the paid plan. I then forgot to remove the app and was later charged for a service that I never actually used. When I contacted support and explained the situation, I requested a refund, but my request was refused.
