*EDIT* In under an hour they had us fixed! Our mail filters weren't agreeing with their mail client, but all is well and the app works great so far! App did not work with our theme by default so we reached out to support via email and their "get support," button. It has been 7 days now with still no response whatsoever or recourse. Unfortunately it is not just a visual issue, but there is something causing an issue with adding items to the cart only after enabling the app. We're hopeful we can get this resolved as this is exactly the fix we've been looking for, but so far, no luck...
I checked the mail log, and you did send us an email a few days ago, and we responded to you at that time. Then we got another email from this customer this morning, and we emailed him again. We're guessing that our message went into your trash, you can check in the trash to see if we've responded I have sent you another email
