Looks great, amazing customization options, and decent price. Support is extremely quick to respond. I used to use Hulk Product Options, they were extremely slow and had many glitches (said would take 1-2 days to fix an issue which is unnaceptable), so then I switched to this app! Literally fixed my issue in less then 10 minutes. Amazing and recommend.

This is by far one of the most useful apps for product options on the Shopify App Store. I have tried countless other apps that just never quite did everything I needed them to do. However, with YMQ I was able to achieve everything I required plus more. Not only does their app function exactly as required, but their team is extremely helpful and helped me achieve the functionality I required from my store. The YMQ team and their app is exactly what you require for your store. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their store function exactly as required.

I have used this for about month now. I have very complicated product options setup in my store, by using the option template, I can easily add and remove options for a group of products. I can also add or remove options for special product individually which greatly reduce my setup effort. The most impressive thing I want to mention is their support, I had an issue in our development store, the support team response my issue report almost immediately and helped me resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes!!! With the excellent support like this, I feel very comfortable to continue using this app for my production store. One suggestion: it will be great to have the export and import function for this app so that we can easily replicate our production store to our development store.

I tried many different apps with similar functions however Ymq Product Options was the most user-friendly and straightforward app to use. What sets the app apart from all others is their truly responsive and helpful team that helped me develop custom CSS to my exact store requirements. I will be subscribing to their app indefinitely.

I used this app to provide up to 30 variants with conditional logic and price add-ons. The customer service team also helped make the price add-ons appear to the product price. They also helped add in a + mark to the price before a price add-on was chosen. This app has helped me provide the desired outcome for my client. The app itself would get a 5 star review and the customer service would get more than a five star review. They are the best customer service I have interacted with in any form. Would highly recommend this app!

I like this app because Shopify limits the number of options I can use. This solved my problem. Now, I don’t have to rely on customers to fill out notes for my order. All information can be collected directly from the list. Anytime I encounter a problem, I can email them and I will receive a response in about 15-20 minutes. It’s so great!

For a whole month-and-a-half, we tried dozen of product variant apps, nearly all apps that are currently active in Shopify App store. YMQ app differs from nearly every one with the little details that gives you the ability to customize whatever you want in variants. Also, it has the best UI that doesn't give you chills when you first look. The only problem we've faced was a drawer problem, but no-app in the market has the compability with drawer widget themes (I can assure you that!)

Using this app to do product options with add-ons. Support was quick in helping with fixing a few issue with the theme I'm using. They were also helpful in applying pop-ups for the Shopify options easily. For the most part, the app is very customizable with pop-ups and tool tips to help customers decide.

Very easy to use app. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding! Very quick to respond and will fix any issue within1 hours. I have run into some issues with the add-on options not working properly, but they are so fast to correct it and very kind. I would not give up on this app!
