YMQ Product Options has been an absolute lifesaver for our Shopify store. Absolutely perfect for my needs, I can add unlimited product options & varients. I can add dates for delayed dispatch and so much more, it's taken me a long time and lots of trial & errors to find an app which actually does everything I need it too. I had an issue with the appearance of a button on my store, I emailed support and I kid you not the issue was Fixed within seconds, I cannot rate this highly enough. I can say that I trust this app with my store. Thanks guys!

Really bad customer service, don´t respond.
Hi I checked my email records, and the last time you contacted me was on April 24th, and I responded to you on April 24th. Then I didn't receive any response. I checked all the previous email records, and I responded to you within 12 hours. I'm not sure if you received our email. If you didn't, please check your spam folder for our email. Only displays a preview through their own app. Cannot see what it'd look like. Not even in the template editor (where the app doesn't even show up).
Hi The app is a paid version and needs to be subscribed to work in the store. You have not subscribed, so the options you created do not appear in the store. Please rest assured that the app has a 14-day free trial. For example, if you install and subscribe to the app on the 1st, the subscription period will start from the 15th. The 14 days from the 1st to the 14th are free trials. Uninstalling during the trial period will not incur any fees. This is also the logic of most apps for free trials and is the free trial solution provided by Shopify for apps. Best wishes Ymq app

Very good app. Always fixed my issues and always helped me with the customizations. One suggestion, it would be nice if there was a live chat so it is easier and faster to solve issues.

Excellent customer service and app. I ran into some struggles with creating a product listing. Not their fault, just my inability to lack of knowledge. They were quick to respond by email and were able to help me create exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend if you are looking for ways to customize your listings!

Best product options app I have tried. It is both powerful / flexible and cost effective Also is compatible with YMQ slidecart. Any other product options app and slidecart app I used together would always have bug issues This solves that problem.
