I've tried several similar apps, but YMQ is the most reliable and flexible. Great UI, and very intuitive. It’s saved us so much time.
Amazing support team! They helped us set up everything quickly. The app works flawlessly and is packed with features.
Absolutely perfect for my needs, I can add unlimited product options & varients. I can add dates for delayed dispatch and so much more, it's taken me a long time and lots of trial & errors to find an app which actually does everything I need it too. I had an issue with the appearance of a button on my store, I emailed support and I kid you not the issue was Fixed within seconds, I cannot rate this highly enough. I can say that I trust this app with my store. Thanks guys!
Really bad customer service, don´t respond.
Hi I checked my email records, and the last time you contacted me was on April 24th, and I responded to you on April 24th. Then I didn't receive any response. I checked all the previous email records, and I responded to you within 12 hours. I'm not sure if you received our email. If you didn't, please check your spam folder for our email. Only displays a preview through their own app. Cannot see what it'd look like. Not even in the template editor (where the app doesn't even show up).
Hi The app is a paid version and needs to be subscribed to work in the store. You have not subscribed, so the options you created do not appear in the store. Please rest assured that the app has a 14-day free trial. For example, if you install and subscribe to the app on the 1st, the subscription period will start from the 15th. The 14 days from the 1st to the 14th are free trials. Uninstalling during the trial period will not incur any fees. This is also the logic of most apps for free trials and is the free trial solution provided by Shopify for apps. Best wishes Ymq app

Very good app. Always fixed my issues and always helped me with the customizations. One suggestion, it would be nice if there was a live chat so it is easier and faster to solve issues.

Excellent customer service and app. I ran into some struggles with creating a product listing. Not their fault, just my inability to lack of knowledge. They were quick to respond by email and were able to help me create exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend if you are looking for ways to customize your listings!

We have been working hard to help you solve this problem from beginning to end, but this problem is indeed not caused by our app. Even though this problem is not caused by our app, we are still happy to provide you with a video for you to contact other app developers. There is a bug in the discount calculation allocation code in the shopify discount function of the discount app, which caused this problem, not the problem caused by our app. Our team never shirks responsibility, we will only tell customers the true situation of the problem in a realistic way. If it is our problem, our technical department will update the code to solve the problem. Great app - lots of options, far beyond what's possible natively in Shopify. The conditional logic feature is excellent, makes options and pricing highly customisable. Support team are extremely quick to respond and solve issues straight away.
This app is perfect; it covers all possible types of variants. The support team is responsive and proactive—they made several adjustments for me when the app conflicted with other apps in my theme. If it’s not working as you want, just reach out to them, and they’ll fix it the same day.

The takes some learning to get everything right since it can be very temperamental in the settings, but the promptness of the support balances this out. I've had several issues and they are always very helpful in helping me pin down the issues.
