Absolutely perfect for my needs, I can add unlimited product options & varients. I can add dates for delayed dispatch and so much more, it's taken me a long time and lots of trial & errors to find an app which actually does everything I need it too. I had an issue with the appearance of a button on my store, I emailed support and I kid you not the issue was Fixed within seconds, I cannot rate this highly enough. I can say that I trust this app with my store. Thanks guys!

Very good app. Always fixed my issues and always helped me with the customizations. One suggestion, it would be nice if there was a live chat so it is easier and faster to solve issues.

Excellent customer service and app. I ran into some struggles with creating a product listing. Not their fault, just my inability to lack of knowledge. We have been working hard to help you solve this problem from beginning to end, but this problem is indeed not caused by our app. Even though this problem is not caused by our app, we are still happy to provide you with a video for you to contact other app developers. There is a bug in the discount calculation allocation code in the shopify discount function of the discount app, which caused this problem, not the problem caused by our app. Our team never shirks responsibility, we will only tell customers the true situation of the problem in a realistic way. If it is our problem, our technical department will update the code to solve the problem. If it is not our problem, we will also try our best to help merchants find the cause of the problem and provide merchants with some test videos to facilitate stores to feedback the problem to other app teams. Great app - lots of options, far beyond what's possible natively in Shopify. The conditional logic feature is excellent, makes options and pricing highly customisable. Support team are extremely quick to respond and solve issues straight away.
This app is perfect; it covers all possible types of variants. The support team is responsive and proactive—they made several adjustments for me when the app conflicted with other apps in my theme. If it’s not working as you want, just reach out to them, and they’ll fix it the same day.

The takes some learning to get everything right since it can be very temperamental in the settings, but the promptness of the support balances this out. I've had several issues and they are always very helpful in helping me pin down the issues.

This is an APP that provides our best solutions. And I was impressed with the quick work of the support team. It would be the first choice among optional customization APPs.
This app really fills a gap with the base shopify variants options. I make a lot of personalized items, and this has solved all my problems and made my website so much easier for the customers to order their own unique hats and products. I emailed the support staff last night about after you click add to cart it immediately went to the cart page and wouldn't work with the pull out drawer cart version on our theme. Within hours they fixed the problem and asked us to test it out. Definitely recommend this app as it gives a lot of flexibility to solve a lot of scenarios.
I’m so glad I’ve found this app. It’s the best product variant app I’ve tried yet. I love that it has conditional logic with Shopify variants, the ability to make a variant out of stock, etc. I will definitely be a long-term customer of this app. I’m annoyed I didn’t find it earlier!!
I really appreciate having the option to have variations in a simple, easy to use format. I rarely run into issues with this app, but on the few occasions that I have, customer service has been extremely quick and effective in trouble shooting and correcting whatever is happening.
Great app to use for product options and customization. Also a very good support, with very quick and quality response everytime.
I've just made a support ticket for a problem with the application, (the real price of the product was not updated when I selected a variant) a developer was able to correct the problem in less than 10 minutes, I'm reordering! 5 stars !
