I have tried other loyalty apps before but always some problem — either too costly or too complicated. Yuko is simple and does the job really well. Loyalty points, rewards, reviews — everything is there in one place. And the support is really really good. Ramesh helped us with everything patiently.

What a great solution for reviews and loyalty! Intuitive admin interface and direct integration in the Shopify backend provides for an easy admin UX! In addition, working with the Yuko team has been phenomenal -- extremely responsive and their willingness to assist us in our migration from our previous platform was invaluable!

We recently set up Yuko for our store and the process was smoother than expected. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the reward rules are flexible enough for what we needed. Nihasini has been a helpful support to us while setting this up. She guided us through the process and clarified our questions quickly. Overall, happy with the experience so far.

We were looking for a loyalty app that could send notifications through WhatsApp — that's where all our customers are. Most apps just push email which doesn't really work for us. Talked to the Yuko team about it and they got the integration done really quickly. Didn't expect that honestly. Good to work with a team that actually builds what you need instead of giving you a workaround. Happy with it so far.
