Zammer RCS

We have been using Zammer RCS for a couple of weeks now and it's been really great. Being able to communicate with our customers directly in the SMS app on their phone is so much better than waiting for them to open their email and find our communication history. We find that customers are a lot quicker to respond this way. The inbox function is also really intuitive. We can certainly recommend this app!

Zammer handles our store notifications and customer inquiries/support in one place. The fact that our logo shows up in the users sms inbox is huge. RCS (instead of SMS) allows us to send them rich content like action buttons, images, and other interactive elements. Also really good communication from the developrs.

One of the biggest values of the app is that it turns your normal SMS messages into a branded experience. The conversational funciton of the app is extremely useful, and allows to connect with customers on a deeper level. We found engagement levels to go up significantly. Would definitely recommend it!
