Zamp is a dream as a customer. We’re a subscription dog food brand selling in every state, and they handle all of our sales tax registrations and filings so it’s completely off my plate. The team is fast, detail-oriented, and follows up at exactly the right cadence, so nothing slips through the cracks. Even the automated emails are genuinely useful, and when you reply you always get a real, capable person. Way easier to use than Avalara. Highly recommend for any Shopify brand.
