Brilliant service, really useful platform for reaching customers, especially with the dynamic data moving from Shopify. It's really easy to use and saves time and money, allowing us to react to customer events in real time. Absolutely great support and onboarding experience: we were ready to go in no time and felt confident using the platform from the first call. Any further queries were addressed really quickly and efficiently. We've felt looked after from the get-go, and are really pleased with the platform and the service. Can't fault ZAP-POST in any way!
