The customer service is really helpful and their developers are also super helpful. I have played around with uploading my own pdf and tagging it, and it gets the job done perfectly. Where I struggle is the css, which is where their developers are going to help me. But all in all, I'm having a great experience in communicating with their customer service and the app is pretty user friendly otherwise. Definitely easy and reliable!

Excellent App! The support team has assisted us with customizations that other developers probably would have charged for. But not Zination, they simply said it would make the app better for everyone, so they'd do it for free. They promptly got it done right away.
