La app es una maravilla, cubre todo lo que necesitamos y mas cosas que lleva que nos ha dado ideas brutales. Después de meses buscando una app para fidelizar apareció esta. Y la recomiendo 1000x100. Fácil de instalar y configurar, intuitiva para nosotras y para las clientas. Funciona genial también en pos (ideal para tener todo centralizado) Lo mejor de todo, el soporte. Contestan rápido, te ayudan con todo, te proponen soluciones y alternativas. Así que si buscas una app de 10, esta es sin duda la mejor solución.

Zing has been a game-changer for our store. The interface is clean, and the ability to customize the design to match our brand is top-notch. Great experience, everything as needed is present here after comparing several apps, plus point is there is no need to add popup on whole site and we can create it in separate page & even add in customer accounts.

I am a customer of BIX Affiliate who also offer Zing. I was using another loyalty program that seemed simialr but had alot of limitations unless you pay hundreds a month. Zing was very easy to setup, the team imported my data and implemented it. And most importantly coupons are available in checkout which reduces friction for sales.

App is a great addition to any store! Customer support was also very fast and helpful, Merrick assisted me with a case I had and everything was fixed for 2 minutes!

Great customer service and the app is very user friendly. I was able to set up my program on my website without help.

More excellent customer service and help migrating our loyalty and referral program. After such a good experience with BixGrow (their affiliate marketing app), I decided to also migrate to their loyalty and referral app (Zing). Excellent customer service. Lots of features that other apps charge for. And, added bonus is that Zing is currently free.
