Zing has been a game-changer for our store. The interface is clean, and the ability to customize the design to match our brand is top-notch. It’s very easy for customers to track their points and for us to manage rewards. Highly recommend for any Shopify merchant looking to build customer loyalty! (AND ITS FREE)

I am a customer of BIX Affiliate who also offer Zing. I was using another loyalty program that seemed simialr but had alot of limitations unless you pay hundreds a month. Zing was very easy to setup, the team imported my data and implemented it. And most importantly coupons are available in checkout which reduces friction for sales.

App is a great addition to any store! Customer support was also very fast and helpful, Merrick assisted me with a case I had and everything was fixed for 2 minutes!

Great customer service and the app is very user friendly. I was able to set up my program on my website without help.

More excellent customer service and help migrating our loyalty and referral program. After such a good experience with BixGrow (their affiliate marketing app), I decided to also migrate to their loyalty and referral app (Zing). Excellent customer service. Lots of features that other apps charge for. And, added bonus is that Zing is currently free.

This is a fantastic app. It does everything I want it to do and for free! Merrick was a tremendous help in embedding the customer loyalty page. I tried to do it myself and couldn't, but Merrick was able to do it for me. Designing the loyalty page itself was a breeze. I strongly recommend this app. Thanks, Merrick!
