We had a very frustrating experience with Smart Zipcode Tracker. The app is not working properly, and the CSS conflicts with the theme, making it unusable. Their support is completely unresponsive—they didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting despite us trying to connect three times. They also don’t reply on chat, making getting help impossible. Overall, a very disappointing app with terrible customer service. I do not recommend it!

The app keeps crashing. On clicking the check zip code button, the button keeps buffering. The app worked nicely in the beginning but then stopped working.

Great quality for a free app. Excellent customer service. Could provide more customisation options. Requires both upper case and lower case postcodes separately and to be written in full.
