We initially had a rough start with this app — the scheduling side was glitchy, shifts couldn’t be added properly, and key features like viewing and deleting time-off requests were missing. However, since then, the Zon support team has worked diligently to address these issues, and I’m happy to say that many of the early frustrations have been resolved. It took a few days, but they were able to fix nearly all of our initial problems, and we’re now able to use the scheduling and time-off functions much more smoothly. I appreciate their responsiveness and the fact that they’ve been open to feedback as we request edits that could benefit all users. While not perfect yet, this app is now a solid and convenient solution for managing schedules and the time clock in one place. I’d love to see future updates include color-coded locations for clearer schedules, drag-and-drop shift management, and the ability for time clocks to exceed scheduled hours and flow into overtime when needed. Overall, I’m much happier with the app than I was at the start, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve!

Just installed for our family business. They say they manage, run, or integrate payroll. So FYI, none of that’s true. Super misleading. Just be real about what you actually do and stop wasting people's time.

All three of these negative reviews were left by the same person, who hasn't even used my app. I'm confident this is the work of a competitor who has been threatening to take down my app. I’ve already contacted the Shopify team to look into this matter in more detail.
