I am so impressed with Zoorix’s customer service! I reached out with a question, and Rosemarie responded incredibly quickly. She was so kind, helpful, and professional, and took the time to work through all of my questions with me. It’s refreshing to receive such attentive and responsive customer service. I really appreciate the help and had a great experience!
I ran into a formatting issue while setting up the bundle block on my product pages, but the support team helped me out instantly! They fixed everything super fast and answered all my questions. It was such a pleasant and seamless experience. More people need to know how awesome this app and their support team are. 10/10 would recommend!

Great, highly recommended! If you don't have the budget to start this app is perfect, there are many options and customisation. The customer service is impeccable, they answer immediately and they help you customise their tools into the theme. Fantastic!

It takes to much time for loading

We checked a couple of pages on our end and the offers seem to load quickly, so it seems like we might be missing something here. Could you please share: - The URL where you’re experiencing the issue - Whether it happens on Wi-Fi or cellular - The device you’re using (mobile or desktop) This will help us reproduce the issue and investigate it further. I've been using this bundle-building app for over 2 years now and it has become one of the most valuable tools in my store. The customization options are seriously impressive - there are tons of settings, styles, discount rules… you name it. But honestly, what makes this app stand out the most is the support team - and especially Danica. Danica went far above and beyond: she personally customized several parts of the app (including deep template integration) so that it would perfectly match our existing website design - and she did all of it without charging a single extra dollar. Zero upselling, zero “that’s a premium feature” excuses. Just pure, fast, and very competent help. If you're looking for a powerful bundle app that actually cares about your business and gives you real white-glove support when you need it - this is it. Highly, highly recommended - 10/10!
