Very easy to set up and make changes. Once you set up the offer, a page is automatically set up on your website, it’s incredibly simple. They’ve been extremely helpful with our onboarding and with any questions we’ve had. It was very important to us that the offers look good on our website, and we're very pleased with how it's tuned out. Overall we’re very glad we opted to go with Zoorix.

I have to say that Zoommix's friends are really very friendly. They patiently helped me solve many problems, but my expression was not very clear. It also achieved the desired effect, allowing me to have more sales portfolios. The upcoming shopping season is coming, and I hope my store can perform better

The app looks great, however be prepared for it to take an hour to sync. I only have about 50 products in my store. Just to create one offer it has taken about 30 min and has not even finished. It is also very confusing how to set up because it simply doesn't work. to enable it.

Unfortunately for us, you uninstalled the app without giving us a chance to further investigate the issue. We also tried to reach you after that but we are still waiting for your response. Once again, we apologize for this bad experience and we would be grateful if you could give us a chance to have a closer look at this issue and make sure that everything is working properly. Cheers!

I had spend days looking for an app that could integrate a volume discount widget with Rebuy, every other app i tried to use said no the integration does not exist. I then tried Zoorix and although there is no native integration, the customer support was amazing and supported me along requesting the developer API for Rebuy to write custom code to integrate the volume discount widget. It works great and has a full suite of widgets to dramatically increase average order values. Since starting to use the app, I've seen average order values nearly double within a week

Amazingly robust and a must-have for any high performing Shopify store that is serious about strategic sales initiatives that engage their customers year round. Highly customizable and phenomenal customer support. If you are willing to invest the time into learning the ins and outs of what this app can do, it is absolutely worth it. App in not compatible with Shopify Markets, currency is not in proper amount. App is causing slow.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this review 🙏 We are currently working on making all of the offer types fully compatible with the Shopify Markets, at the moment the volume discount and the mix & match bundles are already fully compatible. The other offer types also integrate with the Shopify Markets, with one exception, it doesn't support different prices per market. Regarding your note about the app performance - we specially designed the app so it will have minimum impact on the speed of the store, including loading only the necessary resources per page, the smallest possible images per device, a tiny loading script, and zero leftovers of code once the app is uninstalled. We might missed something that's for sure, and we will be very grateful if you can direct us to which offer type you were using so we can further investigate this. I hope this makes sense and thanks again for your valuable feedback! 🙏

Effective in terms of sales and pretty easy to set up and can be customised to a fair degree, very good customer support - I ended up speaking to the founder of the company at one point on the chat support!

So far, so good. I have only had this app a few days but it is very intuitive and easy to learn. Before my onboarding I had already built out a bunch of offers on my own. There was an issue with the Cross Sells not appearing on my product pages, but within minutes of my onboarding meeting the rep got that fixed. Looking forward to fuller carts this holiday season!
