ZOX Zipcode Checker
The reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with merchants praising the app’s usefulness for checking delivery availability by area or zip code, its easy installation and setup, and the way it helps streamline delivery operations and support a store launch. A major strength highlighted repeatedly is the support team: reviewers describe them as responsive, friendly, accessible via email and WhatsApp, and willing to make changes based on user feedback. Several users also say the app works properly and has been a valuable addition to their store. The main negative feedback is limited, but a few reviewers mention initial setup difficulties or problems at first that required help from the support team. Even in those cases, the reviews note that the team resolved the issues quickly and got the app working well. Overall, the sentiment is strongly favorable, with only minor friction around setup and implementation.

I absolutely love this app! It was a crucial addition to my website, allowing customers to quickly check if we deliver to their area. The app works seamlessly and has made a huge difference in streamlining our delivery process. What makes it even better is the incredible support from the developer/team. They are always so helpful, responding quickly via both email and WhatsApp, no matter the time. Any questions or issues get resolved fast, and their service has been top-notch. Hands down the best experience with an app and its support team! Highly recommended.
