Zvanta Blocklist is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants prevent repeat offenders and chargeback abusers from placing orders by blocking them at checkout using email, phone, or address. The app offers smart matching to catch Gmail aliases, phone prefixes, and spelling tricks, ensuring comprehensive blocking. Orders that manage to slip through are instantly tagged for review and can be auto-cancelled with a full refund. The customer-facing message remains neutral, and user data is encrypted at rest with automatic GDPR erasure.
