Läuft alles! Sobald die Anweisungen richtig eingetragen sind nimmt die KI einem fast die ganze Arbeit ab. Die Einteilung in Kategorien und Eskalationsstufen ist ebenfalls super praktisch. Spart uns definitiv Zeit und vor allem nerven!
Wir haben ZYBR bereits vor einigen Monaten getestet und es hat unseren Kundenservice wirklich auf ein neues Level gehoben. Die Einrichtung war schnell erledigt und der Wechsel lief ohne Reibung. Die Qualität der KI Antworten hat uns echt überzeugt. Stark ist auch, dass Kundenanfragen nicht nur schnell, sondern auch persönlich und passend beantwortet werden auch wenn es mal komplexer wird. Im Alltag sparen wir dadurch viele Stunden pro Woche und haben alle wichtigen Kundendaten und Bestelldaten direkt im Blick und können uns damit stärker auf unser Wachstum konzentrieren. Sehr gutes Tool wenn man wirklich einfach das Rundum-Sorglos Paket will.
