When this happens, you may need to reach out to their support team, but they are quick and responsive. I recommend this app if you’re dealing with international shipping and packages are handed off between different delivery companies. It’s convenient to have everything in one place. Additionally, the free plan works great for small businesses managing up to 50 orders a month.
