The onboarding was handled through a dedicated one-to-one Zoom session, which made the setup process clear, efficient, and tailored to our business model. Having direct access to a knowledgeable specialist meant we could get everything configured correctly without the usual trial-and-error you see with other platforms. As a global Amazon brand, we rely heavily on accurate inventory and fulfilment workflows, and 4Seller has enabled us to seamlessly integrate TikTok Shop with our Amazon MCF stock, as well as connect Shopify for multi-channel fulfilment. The synchronisation is reliable and has significantly reduced manual intervention across regions. We are now also exploring Temu integration due to the additional functionality available within the platform, which shows how scalable the system is as we expand into new marketplaces. This App is exactly what we were looking for! Syncing listings and keeping the inventory in sync between Shopify, Ebay, Amazon and Temu. I cannot fault the support team who have helped from the moment we signed up (shout out to Lydia) and offer it across multiple platforms and on top of this listen to feedback.

We started using 4Seller a few months ago and are very happy with the inventory management and product mapping options it offers across different integrations. Previously, we used paid platforms that promised great results but had many flaws. What we liked most about 4Seller is their WhatsApp support. The technical support team quickly resolved a problem we had with some Amazon products, and they always respond to our questions promptly and professionally. I used to oversell all the time in peak season — either scrambling to pull stock from another warehouse or just canceling orders outright. It was super inefficient and my bad review rate shot up. Since I started using 4Seller, inventory syncs in real time across all my stores. Now, even though I sell on multiple platforms, every sale automatically deducts from my stock. Having the right tool really does make it easier to boost sales.

This is by far one of the best ERP systems I have used! Syncs data across channels seamlessly and has lots shipping integrations (as well as the marketplace options, which can be purchased directly in 4 seller). It's always a big job setting up an ERP to work across all channels but I had 4 seller up and running in 48 hours and Lydia in the support team helped at every step and made sure everything was working as expected. Great App!!!
