The onboarding was handled through a dedicated one-to-one Zoom session, which made the setup process clear, efficient, and tailored to our business model. Having direct access to a knowledgeable specialist meant we could get everything configured correctly without the usual trial-and-error you see with other platforms. As a global Amazon brand, we rely heavily on accurate inventory and fulfilment workflows, and 4Seller has enabled us to seamlessly integrate TikTok Shop with our Amazon MCF stock, as well as connect Shopify for multi-channel fulfilment. The synchronisation is reliable and has significantly reduced manual intervention across regions.
