8Returns has helped us simplify and professionalize our entire returns process. What we appreciate most is how intuitive and user-friendly the portal is for our customers – returns are now smooth and effortless, saving time for everyone. The onboarding was very well organized, allowing us to get started quickly. We also want to highlight the super friendly and supportive service team, who are always reliable and quick to help. Overall, 8Returns is the perfect solution for modern returns management – highly recommended!

We use 8returns app for almost 2 years now and it allowed us to set up a simple and efficient returns process. An outstanding feature is the automatic generation of QR codes for paperless return labels. We highly appreciate also very friendly, fast and helpful support. Additionally, this app provides us with helpful data insights into the return reasons. 8returns' analytics show us exactly which models and sizes are returned most frequently. There is only one issue with the products not registered in 8returns app. If the customer doesn't select an article in the app, this article will not be refunded automatically, so it requires the manual action from our side. It would be great to improve this process. Other that that everything works smoothly.

The point you mentioned about items not being refunded automatically is actually solved now. With our new Moodja integration, returns are updated automatically even if customers send back more than they registered, no more manual adjustments needed. Thanks again for the great feedback :)

Wir nutzen 8returns seit knapp einem Jahr und sind seitdem super zufrieden. Das Retourenhandling hat sich für uns deutlich vereinfacht. Neben der großen Zeitersparnis in der Retourenabwicklung mit Rückgaben und Umtäsuchen, kann man sich wertvolle Insights zu den Retouren holen (Retourenquote, Rückgabegründe, etc.) Die Anbindung mit Shopify, sowie die Integration der Versanddienstleister funktioniert problemlos. Wenn die Artikel im Helpcenter, die sehr übersichtlich und gut verständlich sind, nicht ausreichen, ist der Support jederzeit schnell zur Stelle und hilft sehr nett und kompetent bei allen Fragen & Anliegen. Wir sind begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen! :)
