We've been really pleased with the app itself and even more impressed with the customer service. We've invested in a number of apps and software upgrades recently and had nothing but trouble, with terrible customer service. Thankfully that couldn't be more the opposite in the case. The system was easy to activate and began working almost instantly. It's nice to be able to tailor the email which is sent to the customer offing discount codes etc. Having just upgraded to the unlimited package we wish we'd done that from the start.
