To be fair, thought we'd use this on trial and then probably not bother after that, but in the space of a week, the app has paid for itself for a year. A no-brainer really...

There are many useful apps for Shopify stores, but very few that can be considered absolutely critical. Abandon Aid is one of those critical few. With a 25% recovery rate and flawless performance over the last 9 months I just couldn't be happier. On the two occasions that I needed some support the response was lightning fast.

Great app to start with, 5% recovery fee for the order which slipped out of your hand, is totally worth it. If you have the sales, an upgrade would just boost it. Cherry on the cake, a supporting and friendly customer back-up. Totally recommend and wish to use it myself to the full, too soon :)
