Are we happy with this app - hell yes!! One day after installing and two emails sent to abandoned carts and the second customer replies and completes a sale! Best investment our business has made!

Abandon Aid is a great app that makes reaching out to abandoned carts incredibly easy. The automation of sending out an email that's custom-tailored to each abandoned cart makes the entire process incredibly smooth. Support for the app is also terrific, which makes the app that much better.

We have only had the Abandon Aid app for a few days now but have seen great results. This has really simplified our abandon recovery process. All we had to do was set it up and let it run. Definitely would recommend using this app.

This app is definitely an essential tool for any Shopify user. Within hours we were able to recover and order and the app had already paid for itself! The customer support is also top notch. Their rep was able to help us out with any issues we were experiencing with great success and their response time was rather quick as well. We give this app two thumbs up!

Excellent app, it allows me to see full details of any abandon orders, this service not only to help you recover some of the abandon orders which is done automatically anyway, it will also to give a very good impression to customers showing that we care.

Wonderful App. My customers get an email that looks like I've just wrote to them personally asking if I can help them in some way. They love it, and often buy. This App pays it's own way many times over. A must have.

Talk about TIME SAVER!!! This app is simple, brilliant, and true. Auto attempts to convert abandoned sales. All I know, I was copying and pasting the list every day and now those days are behind me. BOOM! Abandon my store?? Make my day!

Easy to update and customize without any code. Coolence is spot on with their design and functionality for all of their apps. We are overly impressed and have all Coolence apps available. Can't wait for more from you guys...

Coolence is an amazing app. Our abandoned cart recovery rate is 14.8% in the last 2 months. It's so simple to use and HTML customization works like a charm. Thanks for a great app guys. Every shopify store needs this

Really useful. Recommend using it if you have a lot of 'window shoppers' in your store, that want to buy, but need a little nudge :) I would recommend changing the default message to include a little 5-10% off code, personally :)

You'd be surprised how much this app contributes to your bottom line sales. There is incredible value ad for customer that are close to purchasing but may need a little nudge - so to speak... Increase you sale closing ratio with Abandon Aid. Thanks "Amy" for your assistance.
