I am a HUGE FAN of Abandon Aid!! It has boosted sales and perfect for those indecisive customers who just needed a little push to purchase. Offering a discount puts the icing on the cake! What I like most is that I don't have to do ANY WORK! Everything is done automatically and is one less thing I have to do. Recommended to anyone in the eCommerce business!!!

This app is simply fantastic. So simple in implementation but delivers a quality must have product. You don't have to do anything and it does all the work for you - of orders that would otherwise be lost for ever. Look forward to many recovered orders!!

This ap is so easy to use. I love their re-vamped look and name. I got them back when they were coolence. Through them I can see customers I never knew I had that abandoned orders that I can try for again later with marketing or something else in addition to their automatic emails. Very worth it!

Great tool for recovering lost sales and seeing how many people leave their carts full. Highly recommend, great customer service as well!

So far, so good! This app was easy to install and easy to customize. I love the pay per recovery system instead of pay per email. You only pay when an order is recovered! And the one-time fee for the unlimited plan instead of a monthly fee is definitely a plus once you're ready to upgrade. Thanks for a great app!

Coolence is an easy-to-use, effective, hands-off app. I set it and forgot about it a few weeks ago and now it is saving orders and increasing sales for me, without me even knowing! I high recommend this app!

Coolence is absolutely fabulous. Their customer service is out of this world. I tried another service first and was very disappointed. Out of the box, someone had completed an abandoned order but they still received an email after the sale was complete. Needless to say, it was embarrassing. Coolence is so easy to install. Had a couple of questions and they were answered right away, first via email and then with the online chat, which I just love. We are all in customer service and we all know good service when when we see it. I can’t say enough about these guys and highly recommend them. Coolence recovered more than 10 orders for me the first week I used it. SUPER simple and straightforward, there's no reason you shouldn't use this app. James has been super fast and responsive with any questions I've had and they seem to be very active in continuing to make this an even better app. Totally worth the investment!

This was by far the simplest Shopify app that I've ever installed. One click and you're up and running. And within moments, the customer support team was offering to help me with anything I needed. Choosing to install this app is a no-brainer....
