This app is great! In a couple of weeks I managed to recover 2 orders already! I really recommend it!

The best order recovery App that I've used! Very minimalist styling makes the emails feel more personal. The pay-per-success plan makes it so that you never have to second guess the value of the App, and once you've grown enough, the unlimited plan will save you money. Above all, great customer service - all questions answered instantly whether via email or live chat.

I would like to say this Coolence App is fantastic! It allows you to see any abandoned orders and push for that sale subtly! More than anything, their customer service is outstanding and I am very happy to work with such a easy-to-deal with team! Thanks so much for making it so easy, I will recommend you highly!

Awesome service! Can def help with hesitant buyers! Some just need that extra push to buy! Coolence is basically your closer without being pushy!

Coolence is AWESOME. I switched from AbandonApp and have never looked back. Cleaner, less cluttered interface and awesome support. Get it now! Update 12/10/14: Still using it 2 years later, still loving it just as much!

Coolence saves the day!! James answered my support chat in less than 3 seconds, made a fix (cosmetic) and had us on our way to ANOTHER recovered order. Coolence = MONEY .

I love that the email is totally customizable, and so simple to set up. I think I might actually be looking forward to an abandoned cart, just to see it in action! ;)

Super easy - Past clicking the install button, all you have to do it edit the email you want to go out. We recovered an order in the first 24 hours. What a fun app to add to your store. Did I mention how easy it was ?

Hands down, one of the best apps on Shopify. It's simple, easy to use, and it isn't bloated with features that I won't use. Great customer support as well. I don't think you can get better than this.

It was 1am and I had a question about abandoned orders. I went on Coolence's website and clicked chat. James literally made a database change and product improvement as a result of my feedback--before the end of the chat! Seriously amazing customer service.

This actually worked! There was a customer who abandoned his order this week, and Coolence sent an email out. AND the customer came back later to check out! I can't believe it!! I recommend.
