They are there every step of the way explaining eaxctly how to everything making the setup process simple and pain free.

While the application itself is brilliant, what I was most impressed by was the Abra team's ability to make the transition from other promo apps on Shopify so seamless and easy. Within an hour of downloading the app to see if it would fit my store's needs (I needed an app that would allow customers to get a free gifted item automatically inserted into their cart without having to manually add the item or a discount code), I was in a meeting with the developer Ilia, who tailored the promo to run precisely according to my needs. Not only was this incredibly easy, it also made me feel confident that the promotion we were running would run smoothly, and it really has. Every email I send with any questions gets answered quickly, and any changes or added promotions we want to run are integrated within less than 24 hours. Now about the app, it is really easy to customize and very simple to implement. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely recommend to other retailers in the industry!

Great discount flexibility. Allowed us to overhaul our whole discount structure and give us flexibility to offer different discount amount for different variants and one-time purchase vs. subscription. Had tons of issues before with trying different offers, but Abra solved the problem.

If you use discount codes, you need to get Abra. Hands down the best app we've added to our Shopify Plus store in 2023. Great app! This is what Shopify's native discounts should look like. The team is really passionate and extremely competent. They've helped us achieve what we needed by guiding us through and taking care of some of the customisations. The new version is even more customisable. You have the ability to use some of the user friendly features out of the box without the need for a developer, or leverage their APIs to achieve extremely customised user experiences. Hands down the best app to handle any promos.

We just discovered this app to help improve conversions. The dev team is great and super responsive, helped us get this up and running before the Labor Day Weekend. Magic links has definitely improved our conversions this Labor Day weekend when we ran an email campaign to test what sort of improvement we can expect. Can safely say that the customer experience is much better when they land on the collection and see the products discounted. This helps nudge customers to make a purchase at a cheaper price and much earlier in the process (they make a decision before they reach checkout).
