Let me be very clear, the app is wonderful. It was a seamless install, and I saw absolutely no reduction in speed for our site. There are so many features, and it becomes obvious after a little exploration of the app exactly how useful this app is for those of us who might require some accessibility assistance. Our entire team was so pleased with the product and how it enhanced our website by making it more accessible to those who might need it. Congratulations to the developers of this app, and for making it reasonably priced for a small business like ours. I would encourage every shopify store to add this app to their storefront.

We were looking for a serious accessibility enabler app for our new fashionkids.gr store. This one is very affordable, fully packed with features and all the whistles and jingles - colors, contrast, text size, font, icons - possibilities seem endless and we enjoy to play and tryout various options. Unique in this price range, even in the lowest subscription, is the native support of European Languages - ours is GREEK. Translation to other languages is built-in in this app. In fact the user can select from so many languages that we would love to be able to customize the app to restrict the list of the languages proposed to the user. Would love to have some kind of official Certification of WCAG level compliance. e

We added this app at recommendation of an accessibility advocate who is helping us make our site and products more user friendly. I appreciate how easy they make it to add features that are in alignment with our values and hope to keep using it to be more and more accessible even though we have a small team and limited capacity.

This app was very easy to set up and it had all the customization i was looking for. Very straight forward and without any additional knowledge it was easy to create accessebility policy as well as the sitemap.

I've only used this app for a few days now, but it is super easy to use and install. I was recently made aware that there are a lot of unscrupulous people that will actively seek out non-compliant ADA websites to litigate - specifically targeting Small Businesses. While I wish Shopify would work with this app developer to make this a free benefit for Shopify users, I am glad that I found this app in the meantime.

This is a great app. It is well designed and has lot of icons variants. It also have multiple locations for trigger. With that said, the toolbar has been designed in a very user friendly way. It covers options for all kind of disabilities. I was able to change the color of the toolbar. This is what I liked the most. Now the accessibility toolbar looks great on my website. I didn't find such a good amount of customization in other apps out there.

I wasn't aware of accessibility law before. Soon after I learned about this law, I took my first step by installing the Accessibility Enabler app. I like their accessibility interface design. It doesn't cover the whole screen like other apps here and very users friendly. I made a quick comparison and found none of the other apps provide as many options as this app gives. The support team was quick to answer my request. That's what impressed me a lot. I see this app is an affordable option for accessibility. I would highly recommend it to others.

The pricing is also very affordable and everything can be customized to fit your theme, really love the size of the icon on your page, which was one of the issues we had with a previous app, if you are looking to make your store fully accessible, look no further this is the app for you! We highly recommend this app and are looking forward to having our store fully compliant with ADA and accessible!

Need to be compliant and after testing a few other apps, this was the easiest to setup and most cost effective. Definitely recommend this app. Also, customer service was quick to respond!

We need to be ADA compliant this works for us. They charge via traffic and while we get that, it could be easier to figure out ones cost comparable to our traffic. But this is a small suggestion and happy with it otherwise. I recommend it!

I haven’t had any issues with this app. Today, we need to be ADA compliant and this seems to get the job done. As with anything, it costs money, but why shouldn’t the people who created it get paid? I have been very happy with it so far, no ads have popped up, I renew it when the time comes and don’t allow my service to lapse.

We installed this app on our website and selected what we felt was an adequate plan. We paid for this plan with the understanding we were paying customers and we were installing a piece of software from a trustworthy source given the reviews here on Shopify. A few days ago, we apparently surpassed some arbitrary number of page views that only they can see and understand. Somehow, they believe this gave them permission to place a grotesque looking ad on our fine jewelry website. No warning. No email. No call and certainly, NO PERMISSION. This company should be banned from Shopify and nobody should ever consider adding this app to their website. Apparently they believe it's their right to spam your customers.
