I can’t even explain how relieved I was when I found AccessibilitySpark. I had been stressing for weeks after realizing my store wasn’t fully accessible, and I had no idea where to even start fixing it. I looked at developers, read articles, tried plugins everything was confusing, expensive, or just didn’t work right. Then I found this app, and it was exactly what I needed.

UPDATE: After the original 1-star review was posted (see below), the team did reach out to me and really took care of everything super quickly and with white-glove service. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app. Was super excited based on all of the really great reviews, but this has been the worst app experience we've ever had.

Accessibility spark has been a breeze to work with. They take care of their customers and make sure that everything is working and running smoothly. Their app is the ONLY app in the Shopify store that makes you ADA & WCAG compliant. I know because I tried many other apps. That is the only reason I'm okay with the subscription price. If you have a problem they may take a day or two to respond, but they will help fix any issues that you might have.
