Look I'm a developer by trade and I'm usually skpetical of anything that promises to make a site compliant just by installing it. But after going through the audit report myself and checking what it actually does on the front end, I'll admit its impressive. The keyboard nav adjustments are well implemented and dont interfere with our custom theme. Documentation could be way better honestly, had to dig around to figure out how to whitelist certain elements.

Was looking at a few options in this category and went with this one mostly because of the AI features. The orientation and display adjustments are smooth, customers seem to be sticking around longer on product pages. Would be cool if there was a way to see which adjustments visitors are actually using the most, like some analytics built in.

UPDATE: After the original 1-star review was posted (see below), the team did reach out to me and really took care of everything super quickly and with white-glove service. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app. Was super excited based on all of the really great reviews, but this has been the worst app experience we've ever had.
