Accessibility Spark ADA & WCAG

I almost never leave reviews on anything but the daily monitoring caught an issue on one of my product pages before a customer complained. that alone made it worth it for me.

Was looking at a few options in this category and went with this one mostly because of the AI features. The orientation and display adjustments are smooth, customers seem to be sticking around longer on product pages. Would be cool if there was a way to see which adjustments visitors are actually using the most, like some analytics built in.

accessibility spark added helpful options for users like screen reader support and color adjustments. setup was not too hard. sometimes customization is a bit limited and i had to adjust manually, but overall it works good.

Accessibility Spark helped me add screen reader support without touching code which is nice. the automatic adjustments seem to work well. sometimes the widget design looks a bit big on mobile and i had to tweak colors. still a usefull app for compliance and accesibility.

Addressing accessibility proactively minimizes the risk of lawsuits or negative publicity related to accessibility barriers. This provides peace of mind and protects my business.

Accessibility Spark offers a comprehensive suite of accessibility tools that are easy to implement and customize. From adjustable font sizes and color contrast options to keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility, this app ensures that all visitors can browse and interact with your store content effortlessly.

Accessibility spark has been a breeze to work with. They take care of their customers and make sure that everything is working and running smoothly. Their app is the ONLY app in the Shopify store that makes you ADA & WCAG compliant. I know because I tried many other apps. That is the only reason I'm okay with the subscription price. If you have a problem they may take a day or two to respond, but they will help fix any issues that you might have.

The app scans your site for changes daily, ensuring ongoing compliance. Monthly audit reports provide peace of mind.

As a new Shopify store owner, I’ve been extremely pleased with Accessibility Spark. This app effectively addresses ADA-related issues and has saved us from potential legal complications. The comprehensive suite of tools ensures our website meets ADA and WCAG standards.

Excellent app. Easy to use and affordable. Definitely a great way to make the website more accessible.

One of the only apps to actually do automated alt-text for your store. Worth doing it just to select this solution.

Installation was seamless, was easy to customize to match my store, and on-boarding support from James was 10/10. Thank you! Would love if an analytics feature can be added so we can track conversions attributable to customers that used the widget.

I did a lot of research into Accessibility widgets, Accessibility Spark had the highest review ratings but was more expensive than some of the others. I can tell you that its worth every penny! The installation was painless, the product does exactly what we need it to and within 24hrs our site was ADA Compliant (with audit as proof). We needed a little extra help adding some special features and James from the Accessibility Spark team jumped in and gave us immediate support. I VERY rarely write reviews, but this company and its product deserve recognition, bravo! keep up the good work. Truly grateful. Ryan, Tree Juice Maple Syrup

Swift response and excellent customer support. James was very courteous and helpful in walking us through a custom setup. Thank you!

This app is absolutely phenomenal for providing ADA and WCAG standards. After talking to one of the developers and integrating it we were totally sold on offering the best to all our customers no matter their disability. We are proud to be one of the first in the pet industry to fully support meet the ADA guidelines for a website. Thanks Accessibility Spark for making such an incredibly well thought out app!

The app was very easy to install. But more importantly, the customer support has been great because James has given us lots of great information which is important since we have been served. All I can say, if your site is not accessible, there are trolls out there searching for Shopify sites. I do wish Shopify would do more to protect the store owners

Fast response times. I am in PST and was getting messages from James at 830pm at night, which was really nice of him.

This app makes accessibility compliance super easy. The widget fits very well with the theme that I have for my site and the customization feature comes in very handy.
