I feel I need to warn other owner about this., I reached out for help because I was worried about getting scammed rarely i dive deep in terms but this timeno choice, its for legal purpose app, and i found that they reserve their right to upgrade your plan themselves, in their terms within 7 days, to their sole discretion!!! Talk about a one-way scam picking in your wallet (and not cheap eithe); that’s the worse type of scam, the legal type hiding terms in their conditions. I reached out, was greeted by a bot repeating the sam thing over and over again, and after a while someone replied but completely ignored (through 3 interactions) my main concern, pastingf something completely different. And probably a template or something I was really worried about how they could just charge me more whenever they wanted, but she just went on about other stuff. this is the really concerning part paste from terms directly "If you do not implement a Subscription Upgrade within seven (7) days of such notification an automatic Subscription Upgrade will be implemented so that your Subscription is appropriate to the Subscription Plan applicable to your Customer Website (at our sole discretion)." Basicallly, they can decide to upgrade my plan and charge me more without me agreeing to it. That's not okay at all!I don’t have unlimited money, what kind of company does this i ask you! Also, they claim to have people working 9-5, but when I messaged during those hours, I still only got robot responses. It's ridiculous. The worst part was that I couldn't even close the chat window. It kept popping back up every time that annoying bot sent me the same copy paste message; it will drive you crasy believe me.

I set it up on a test URL then changed my URL for launch and they're saying I have to buy an additional plan for $50 for the new URL and can't use the one I already paid $50 for.
