The Account Editor App has made managing orders much easier. My customers can quickly update their orders, change quantities, fix addresses, or make other changes without contacting us. Setting up the app was simple, and Alan from the support team was really helpful throughout the process. Very good application, my customers love the ability to edit;/customise their order after placing/confirming. This has been especially useful where customers have input the incorrect delivery details but did not want to cancel or lose their delivery date.
