We onboarded Account Editor to reduce inquiries about incorrect shipping addresses and after using the application with our store we got almost 0 support tickets related to incorrect details filled by the users, we are yet to integrate any of its other features in our store but they look promising too.
This functionality should be natively available with shopify, but this app has been super helpful and the support has been on point, people who are looking for an on-point post-purchase management solution should try this application.
The app works well on its intended use and gives power to customers to edit their own mistakes it has impacted our business positively and I really like this app.
Using the Account Editor application with our shopify store has reduced the burden on our support team, they no longer have to worry about tickets related to incorrect details filled in by the customers this has proved to be a game changer for our business.

We've been using Account Editor for a while now, and it has significantly streamlined our post-purchase workflow. The app makes it incredibly easy for our customers to edit their orders after checkout whether it's changing an item, updating the shipping address, or requesting cancellations. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the setup process is straightforward with helpful guides :)

The Account Editor app is a must have. It gives customers the ability to manage their orders and allows for post-purchase upsells and changes like no other app we've found to date.
