Quick action and excellent service. I enjoyed that Tom had a video conference with me at completion of the project to show me that every works. I'm very happy with this Tom and IT-Geeks!

The convenience of customers being able to edit their own orders is a huge plus and cuts down on time spent emailing back-and-forth, or orders shipping out before we see an email from a customer wanting to add something to the order. The support for this app is quite good as well.

This app has done wonders for customer experience on our store, we added this application along with a few others after the new customer account update on shopify and it has been one of the best decisions we made for our store since.

Account Editor was easy to set up. The UI and layout are clean and easy for my customers to use. The AE support team has been great so far. I highly recommend this application to stores looking for a way to reduce the flow of support tickets.

I cannot believe that there was no app before this that addressed the problem of order editing post purchase so efficiently, the application is easy to set up and use and we are seeing a reduction in support tickets after we installed the application.

I was skeptical at first about the claims made by this application but after using it for a while now it has become an irreplaceable part of our workflow kudos to Alan and his team for providing support through every step of the process.

I really wish I had known about this app before it has helped me and my team save so much time and resources that were spent previously on support tickets and calls, the install, the setup and the service all have been top-notch. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a post-purchase order management solution for their store.
