This app has done wonders for customer experience on our store, we added this application along with a few others after the new customer account update on shopify and it has been one of the best decisions we made for our store since.

Account Editor was easy to set up. The UI and layout are clean and easy for my customers to use. The AE support team has been great so far. I highly recommend this application to stores looking for a way to reduce the flow of support tickets.

I cannot believe that there was no app before this that addressed the problem of order editing post purchase so efficiently, the application is easy to set up and use and we are seeing a reduction in support tickets after we installed the application.

I really wish I had known about this app before it has helped me and my team save so much time and resources that were spent previously on support tickets and calls, the install, the setup and the service all have been top-notch. Smart cancellation settings have made managing cancellations so much easier. I can customize cancellation reasons and enable them only when needed, giving me better control over the process. This feature has streamlined operations and reduced unnecessary cancellations.
