Amazing, highly recommend! All my needs were met and I couldn't be more pleased. Our situation was a little tricky and took a little extra attention, Tom was super attentive and worked hard to make sure I was 100% pleased and everything was functioning as desired. Smart cancellation settings have made managing cancellations so much easier. I can customize cancellation reasons and enable them only when needed, giving me better control over the process. This feature has streamlined operations and reduced unnecessary cancellations.

Before discovering the app, I used to face issues with allowing the customers to edit the orders on their own, we used to receive a lot of support tickets for minute editing. But ever since we discovered Account Editor, it has been a boon for us helping to reduce dependency on the support staff.
